- Giá thuê thường được tính là tiền thuê Villa – Biệt thự 1 đêm, cho số lượng người lớn và trẻ em đã xác nhận booking và chưa bao gồm thuế VAT (thuế VAT 10% nếu quý khách lấy Hóa đơn VAT).
- Trường hợp phát sinh thêm số người thì các villa sẽ tính phụ thu theo thực tế. (Vui lòng liên hệ Hotline để biết thêm chi tiết).
- Quý khách hoàn toàn KHÔNG mất phí đặt phòng.
- Quý khách chỉ phải thanh toán tổng số tiền phòng theo thỏa thuận (bao gồm tiền phòng tiêu chuẩn và các chi phí phát sinh đã thỏa thuận nếu có) và trực tiếp tại chỗ ở.
Số tiền đặt cọc theo quy định của mỗi công ty. Đối với LA Travel, số tiền đặt cọc giữ căn tối thiểu là 50% trên tổng số tiền thuê Villa.
Quy định chung của các villa – khách sạn – resort – homestay:
- Check in: 14h00 hàng ngày
- Check out: 12h00 hàng ngày
- Trong trường hợp khách hàng đến sớm hơn chúng tôi có thể hỗ trợ nhận phòng sớm nếu phòng đó còn trống và đã được dọn dẹp sạch sẽ.
- Trường hợp chưa có sẵn phòng, chúng tôi sẽ hỗ trợ khách hàng được gửi hành lý miễn phí và chờ đến khi được nhận phòng
Tùy vào tình hình thực tế, nếu chưa có khách đặt hoặc khách đến muộn thì khách hàng được phép check-out muộn và chỉ phải trả tiền thuê theo quy định của từng chỗ nghỉ (Vui lòng liên hệ Hotline để được tư vấn cụ thể hơn).
Nếu Quý khách đã đặt phòng, đã cọc tiền nhưng không thể đi du lịch theo kế hoạch và muốn hủy phòng, nhận lại cọc, LA Travel không hỗ trợ Quý khách nhận lại cọc 100%. Tùy vào tình hình thực tế và vấn đề phát sinh, LA Travel sẽ hỗ trợ Quý khách bảo lưu booking và dời ngày thuê phòng. Khi gặp trường hợp này, Quý khách vui lòng liên hệ với nhân viên Tico Travel để được tư vấn và đưa ra phương án hỗ trợ phù hợp nhất.
